Karen will be offering an all levels Hatha/Vinyasa yoga class which combines sun salutations and deep stretching to get the body ready for the festivities of the day.

A gentle, inspiring and fun approach to belly dancing. This is a welcoming, free-flowing playshop for mind, body & soul that will leave you energized, uplifted and confident, fully at peace with and in your body - no dance experience necessary

12:30 Flowers & Peach Pits
with Ever
Local artists host 'Peach Pit Poetry'. By the end of this guided workshop you'll create a work of art ready for the wall and unlock your creativity! All supplies provided. Workshop participation will be capped at 20 people.

with Dáall Jaad

Join Dáall Jaad for a Xaayda Kil language lesson. Learn a few daily greetings, emotions, and a game to tie it all together.

15:00 Open Acoustic Jam & Sing-Along
with The Tidally Resonant
Everyone welcome, bring an easy to learn tune, an instrument or use some of ours! Join Aidan Schubert and other members of Daajing Giids-based collective, The Tidally Resonant, for a welcoming and playful jam and sing along. We’ll do some sea shanties, folk, Celtic, bluegrass and blues tunes, and whatever else you bring along. Listeners welcome too!

with Miesha and the Spanks
Come explore rock music, how Miesha and the Spanks got their start, check out new instruments, and tune into how to get started if you want to be in a band but aren't sure how to. Bring your own instrument, or use one of ours.

An introductory lesson on the unified orthography used in teaching and learning the Haida language. While traditionally an orally taught language see how this agreed upon system of writing is helping all dialects of learners of X̱aayda and X̱aad Kil.

15:00 Why Guitar?
with Noah Walker of The ReViberators
Guitarist Noah Walker takes you on his lifelong and never-ending journey of learning the guitar. This workshop will teach attendees not just HOW to learn guitar but more importantly WHY to learn the guitar. On the way we will take a fun look at the history of guitar music demonstrating many styles and techniques that have been a constant inspiration and encouragement to keep practicing. This workshop is for all levels—for anybody who thinks they might like to learn guitar or if you already play, how to take your playing to the next level.
