k-os ("chaos") is the stage name for Canadian alternative rapper, singer, songwriter and producer born Kevin Brereton. k-os debut album Exit released in 2002 Exit and received positive reviews and critical acclaim. He has never been afraid to shake things up and experiment with diEerent genres. In 2003, k-os collaborated with The Chemical Brothers on their single Get Yourself High that was nominated for ‘Best Dance Recording' at the 2005 Grammy Awards. Joyful Rebellion, the Platinum-certified second album, released in 2004 and featured a total of six singles including the international hit "Crabbuckit", which won ‘Best Pop Video' at the annual MuchMusic Video Awards along with ‘Best Songwriter' and ‘Fan Choice Award' at the 2005 Canadian Urban Music Awards. From 1996 to 2016, K-os was the third best-selling Canadian hip hop artist in Canada. K-os followed this with the release of ‘Yes!' (2009), ‘Black on Blonde' (2013), and ‘Can't Fly Without Gravity' (2015) and is planning a new studio album entitled Everyone In Your Dream Is You, executive produced by GRAMMY Award winning multiplatinum artist Drake out later this year.

Embodying the energy and ferocity of their animal namesake, Hyaenas is an Indie Alt Pop band “boasting stellar musicianship, meaningful songwriting, incredible talent, and a unique sound that excels.” (Great Dark Wonder) Their songs are written through a queer feminist lens that explore all facets of Human Nature while drawing inspiration from 80’s icons The Go-Go’s to modern day Indie darlings The Beaches, and synth-pop band Metric.

Laydy Jams is a duo of 2 women of colour, based in Vancouver, unceded Coast Salish territories. Featuring Missy D as femcee and Sejal on violin and vocals, our music is a mix of hip-hop, vocal harmonies, violin, and a lil 90's throwback to bring you home, hope, and love for the revolution. We use our music to empower youth, and challenge the themes often seen in popular music and society. Laydy Jams' music and message is impacted by our diverse cultural backgrounds, with influences hailing from around the world. We write our life experiences into music, knowing that we provide a kind of comfort, familiarity, and radical joy for other people of colour and marginalized communities. We bring the sound of our lives to audiences through the roots of R&B, hip-hop, soul, classical, jazz, and funk.Take a listen. Welcome to the family.
Laydy Jams

A poet at heart, Canadian singer-songwriter Élise LeBlanc (She/They) is inspired by the romance of wild things. Heavily influenced by classic country, Appalachia, and western swing- her songs explore queer desire, betrayal, hope, and nature lore. Her gentle twang and rich, expressive vibratto nods to classic crooners Patsy Cline and Peggy Lee.

The ReViberators is an instrumental surf rock trio from Vancouver featuring Noah Walker on guitar and Jodie Ponto on drums (aka Kitty & The Rooster). Since the death of surf legends Dick Dale and The Ventures, The ReViberators answered the call to keep this wild raucous music alive by taking a deep dive into surf music’s first wave. The band plays the early surf guitar hits alongside their own originals with an intensity and authenticity rarely heard today.

Sejal Lal is a violinist, singer, and songwriter originally from Surrey. Using her vocals, violin, and loop station, she crafts layered vocal and string arrangements, drawing inspiration from western classical, hindustani, folk, jazz, r&b, soul, and pop music. In September 2022, Sejal’s original composition for Langston Hughes’ poem “Fulfillment”, was included in an exhibit at The Morgan Museum and Library in New York City, featuring the work of Ashley Bryan and Langston Hughes.
